Custodian/Facilities Manager at Forenom – Stockholm

Forenom is the leading provider of furnished apartments in the Nordics, focusing on corporate clients. Forenom offers over 7,800 furnished apartments, as well as rooms in apartment hotels and hostels in all major cities in Scandinavia, welcoming over 200,000 guests each year.

Carotte Staff is now seeking a custodian/facilities manager for Forenom. In this role, you will be responsible for basic property maintenance and guest services. You will ensure that the properties are in good condition, handle minor maintenance work, and contribute to a pleasant environment. The job also involves daily contact with guests and suppliers to ensure their experience is of the highest quality. The workday starts and ends at Forenom's apartment hotel in Alvik.

As a custodian/facilities manager, you will be responsible for:

• Performing basic custodial tasks, furnishing, and maintenance
• Ensuring that properties and common areas are kept in good condition
• Managing keys and checking the condition of the properties
• Collaborating with subcontractors in cleaning, security, and maintenance
• Assisting guests with service and information

• Driver's license (B)
• Main employment of at least 50% (e.g., studies or part-time work)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Preferred experience in basic property maintenance or custodial work

This position is a needs-based employment with working hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:00 to 16:30. You will be employed by Carotte Staff and work at Forenom.
